Social/ Health Insurance Ceiling Limit Changes

As of January 1, 2025, the ceiling limit for monthly health insurance remuneration has increased. 

The new maximum combined amount for health insurance and long-term care insurance is 5,087,470 KRW for both employee and employer. 

The previous and updated monthly base value limits are indicated below 

* 2024: 119,625,106 KRW 

* 2025: 127,056,982 KRW
